IIC Board of Executive Directors

 

The Board of Executive Directors is responsible for the conduct of the operations of the Corporation and, for this purpose, exercises all of the powers given to it by the Agreement Establishing the IIC or delegated to it by the Board of Governors

The thirteen members and thirteen alternate members of the Board of Executive Directors serve for three- year terms and represent one or more member countries of the Corporation.

The Board of Executive Directors determines the basic organization of the Corporation, including the number and general responsibilities of the principal administration and professional positions, and adopts the budget of the institution.

Agendas for the meetings of the Board of Executive Directors and modifications thereof will be made available to the public at the same time that they are made available to the Executive Directors. Minutes of the meetings of the Board of Executive Directors will be made available to the public no later than sixty calendar days after the Board of Directors approves them.

Unless otherwise determined by the Board of Executive Directors, all reports by the chairs of the committees of the Board of Executive Directors related to operational policies will be made available to the public at the same time the policy document is made public.
